Welcome to Puff Counter. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Puff Counter regarding your use of our application and subscription services.
2. Using Our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Our app is not intended for users under the age of 18. By using our app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Subscription and Billing
Puff Counter offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
- Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
- All subscription purchases are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
4. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for our subscription services. When a free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
6. Your Content in Our Services
Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By submitting content to our services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content in connection with providing the Services to you.
7. Software in Our Services
When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app. Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but will not renew thereafter. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period.
10. Liability for Our Services
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
When permitted by law, we, and our suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services during the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page.
